CHAPTER VISION
Electa Chapter #14 will be one of the preeminent chapters in the State of New York. The chapter will be recognized by the excellence of its ritualistic work; a commitment to being a contributing partner in the community; its cohesive team approach to leadership; its administrative efficiency and its sisterhood/brotherhood.

CHAPTER PURPOSE
To provide a chapter where women and men with high moral and social character can contribute much time, energy and wisdom to the Order and chapter with Charity, Truth and Loving-kindness for the good of all its members and the community at large.

Serving our most vulnerable populations, youth and gang violence, the elderly, addressing conditions that disproportionately affect black women/black and brown people (alopecia, autism, sickle cell, ADHD, lupus, violence, financial security and literacy,  

Personal and Leadership Development, Health & Wellness, Food Insecurity, Community Service

and Youth Development
